Haha, I thought that was the slogan for their balls too (footballs in CFL are more pumped). Anyway, I lost a lot of respect for Canadian football recently when I saw that you get 1 point for MISSING a field goal. Way to reward failure, Cana-duh.

Anyway, where is the link for this story? Cause I heard it was the Jets that got traded to Brett Favre. Since the NFL was sooo anxious to put a team around Favre.

I hear a lot of Patriots fans can't wait to play that interception-machine wearing #4 btw. Talk about seeing things with rose-coloured glasses. Remember that Favre only won a Super Bowl back when the AFC swallowed hard (losing 13 in a row, as a conference). The guy's defininng characteristic (it's a noble one) is his toughness. But any guy who plays 16 years is gonna put up HUGE yardage/TD numbers.

I wish Favre would've either just stayed retired or not retired in the first place. If Favre hadn't retired at all, I would've loved for him to come back as the Packers starter for another year or two. But since he retired, I was looking forward to the Packers moving on with Aaron Rodgers.

It'll be weird not only not seeing Favre starting for the Packers, but starting for the Jets.

After thinking about it a little more, part of me wants to see Green Bay bought out and moved to LA for this. Two reasons:

1. Up until the trade the jets were the only team the phins had a chance against.
2. Trading your franchise QB and one of the best the game has ever seen to a 4 win team is just plain rotten.
